ArtsTrain are proud to be joining 830 other organisations across England delivering some of the very best music and cultural practice.

Arts Council’s CEO Darren Henly said of the portfolio, “Today, we announced our new National Portfolio for 2018-22 - a fresh, ambitious and wide-ranging group of organisations that we believe will bring new energy to the arts and cultural sector, while reaching more people in more places than ever before.”

“We’ve focused on ensuring that this is a diverse portfolio that will produce work relevant to the world we live in, as well as supporting fresh talent and artists from many different backgrounds and representing different perspectives. The arts, and society generally, urgently need to draw on the huge resources of our national diversity.

Securing a four year funding commitment from Arts Council England will enable ArtsTrain to realise our vision for all young people to access creative experiences that will shape their future, and to continue to support our team of visionary artists to keep developing their work to inspire the next generation of young creatives.

We are very much looking forward to the exciting journey we have ahead of us.
