ArtsTrain x CASPA: Wonders of the World

image00001.jpeg

This February half term we were very excited to collaborate once again with amazing south London autism charity CASPA, delivering a music project themed around Wonders of the World.

It gave the children and young people confidence and the ability to show their parents their abilities rather than just their disabilities.

This February half term we were very excited to collaborate once again with amazing south London autism charity CASPA, delivering a music project themed around Wonders of the World.

Across two groups of younger and older CASPA members, our ArtsTrain Music Leaders led songwriting, practises and recording sessions discussing the Wonders of the World through the eyes of the CASPA participants. We had everything from surfing in Hawaii to seeing BTS perform in South Korea!

After some quick rehearsals, each group then performed for their family and carers at the end of each session as a showcase of what they’d achieved in just a few hours across the week. A brilliant few days for everyone at ArtsTrain and CASPA!

Have a look through our album from the day...

And see what we got up to in 2019’s sessions…

With thanks to London South East Colleges: Bromley and CASPA
